- add some changes to save the correct percentage of the view when resizing the vertical split - add splitting the "current" window, useful for sidesearching while using the termdebug plugin

Hello, I'm a vimscript newbie and found your plugin very useful. I wanted to change the logic to only split the current window, not the largest one.
