We had this issue reported to us, and whilst investigating I found that if the Users Timezone and the Events timezone match's then you end up with a duplicated Time which can be confusing.

Not a problem, it took some time to discover what was actually happening... But it's all good!

Any idea what needs to happen to get this merged?
