Add time-scoped sync description for Airdrop

Summary

This pull request adds documentation for a new feature called "time-scoped syncs" to the data extraction and getting started guides in the Airdrop section. Time-scoped syncs allow users to specify a timestamp to control the scope of data extracted. The documentation explains both the configuration and implementation details.
