Cropping. Which to use and when to use?
In the app, cropping is a technique of specifying area in the screen to look for question and options. Failing to choose proper cropping technique may affect reliability, accuracy and hence the result. So read this carefully and decide what cropping technique to use for the screenshot you are targeting.
To understand what cropping to use, you should also know the app/screenshot you are targeting very well and its question-set displaying behaviour. Some of them push option area downward if question is too long, while some of them place some text in between question and options.
In most of the cases, single block selection area should work out of the box as long as question is always displayed in the top and option set just below it.
However there are some cases where single block wont work. eg. if there is some text inbetween question and option set. In this case you have to select multiple block cropping. Not doing so will make the app give you wrong result.
How much should I specify cropping area?
A: As much as it can take. Be careful to select area in such a way that other/unwanted text gets never displayed in that selection block.
