This PR does the following:

Cleans up the style to bring it into compliance with the D-Lab standard.
Fleshes out text so that it explains some concepts more thoroughly
Removes broken link (Closes Broken link in resources #11)
Fixes challenge name (Closes Incorrect header in the notebook #12)
Removes the head command (Closes Part 7 Let's Look at Our File Depends on OS #15 and Closes command line error #17).
