Fix offending unittest, regarding formatting delegates.

Due to dmd bug 18269, the attributes of delegates are not always printed correctly. This blocks PR #7556 and PR #5797 from being merged and might cause more headaches in the future.

I relaxed the test somewhat to make it bypass that bug. I also added a note for users.
