Adding a new version to Documentation

1. Go to Content Layout.
2. Version History -> Add Child Topic -> Add From Template.
3. Select Conceptual (TODO Create template for Version).
4. Change name to Version X.Y.Z and Add.
5. Copy content from Version 1.4.3.
6. Update version.
7. Update date.
8. Update changes.
9. Update NuGet link.
10. Go to Content Layout.
11. Add "version" keyword.
12. Move to the top.
13. Add to Version History.
14. Update current version in Welcome.
15. Update the help file version.
16. Build with 0 warnings and examine visually.
