Description

  1. Added the concept of a private fund to the pools ontology, and private credit fund to the funds ontology as a starting point
  2. Integrated changes to some of the new Commons ontologies from Commons 1.2
  3. Moved the CIV class to pools to adjust the class hierarchy under managed investments, made private equity and private credit funds disjoint, added a flag to indicate whether or not a particular fund is private.

Fixes: #2109 / SEC-203
