Add Monorepo Support

Right now this package will not work in a monorepo environment (where the lock file is several levels above the CWD). This adds functionality to look 3 levels above the current directory, with an option to disable it.

Because a few things seemed to be outdated, this also includes a few various maintenance updates to the repository.

What is an install script?
