Cross-compiling Yocto SDK for building C/C++ binaries for Elk Audio OS on Raspberry Pi 3B/B+ 32bit & Raspberry Pi 4 64 bit.

This is a minor update and not strictly needed, for most cases you can keep using 0.7.0 SDK for all 0.7.x release series.
