BlackJack Game in Ruby

Implemented Blackjack Rules:
- Blackjacks pay 3:2
- Blackjacks from a split do not count and pay 1:1
- Players can choose to hit until they go over 21
- Dealer must stand on hard 17, hit on 16 and soft 17
- Allow Double Down, while doulbing the current bet
- Allow splitting, while adding a bet that equals current bet
- Insurance is not implemented in this game.
To run the game with command line, enter: ruby BlackJack.rb
