- generate pkgconfig configuration file
- fix windows build to build on mingw (adjust for case sensitivity in linux)
- link statsd against the winsock library for windows builds
winsock2.h is case-sensitive in linux
* added pkg-config configuration to CMakeList.txt * modified pkgconfig install location * added patch to CMakeList.txt
