Go to Fabform.io
Head to the website, and you’ll see the option to either log in or create a new account. -
Sign Up
If you’re new, click on the “Sign Up” button. Enter your email address and create a password. You might also have the option to sign up using Google or GitHub for convenience. -
Verify Email
After signing up, Fabform might send you a verification email. Check your inbox and click on the verification link to activate your account.

Start a New Form
