A demo of the physics system in this project. The aim is to show a ball balancing on a plate inside a simulator.

How to use:

  • Use middle-mouse button to rotate view by dragging, and zooming with the wheel.
  • Left click to pick objects and move them inside the physics system.
  • Press P key to pause/resume simulation.
  • Press R key to restart simulation.
  • Press Escape key to exit the program.

Features:

  • Interactive physics based system to visualize a ball balancing on a plate system.
  • Currently balances ball on a plate using a simple linear equation feedback loop between the position of the ball and the motors.
  • Shows graphs of the current angular positions of both motors connected to the plate.
