Go inside the project folder "GI-learning"

make distclean
autoreconf -i
./configure
make
cd src/
./giLearning ../examples/examples_big.txt ../examples/lstar.txt

If you obtain some error from the "configure" command, resolve it installing the necessary libraries or tools.
