gpi_pipeline: Gemini Planet Imager Data Reduction Pipeline

Requirements

IDL 8 or later, from www.harrisgeospatial.com/IDL

Installation:

In brief:

1. Download or clone this repository and http://github.com/geminiplanetimager/gpi_pipeline_external to your local machine.
2. Add the two resulting directories to your $IDL_PATH.
3. Set up some necessary environment variables by running either the bash script gpi_pipeline/scripts/gpi-setup-nix.sh (Linux or Mac OS) or the batch file gpi_pipeline/scripts/gpi-setup-windows.bat (Windows)
