GEOS-Chem update: Merge PR #2482 (KPP standalone interface)

This commit informs the GCClassic superproject about the following
commits that were pushed to the GitHub geoschem/geos-chem repository:

a86303771 Merge PR #2482 (KPP standalone interface from Obin Sturm)

This PR adds the capability to the archive model state (by @obin1),
which can be fed as input to the KPP standaloone box model.
