Glazier 2.1.0

Glazier 2.1.0 includes various minor changes and improvements to the Glazier tool.

2.1.0 also includes the launch of our Go codebase for managing Windows. The Glazier Go packages are not (yet) used in the Glazier tool itself, but are being leveraged in various other Windows management projects, including some of our related tools like Cabbie, Aukera, and Fresnel.

Glazier 2.0

Glazier 2.0 introduces end-to-end compatibility with Python 3.
