- Migrate from Gin to Echo
- Local HTTPS serving because Slack API no longer allows HTTP redirect URLs (self-signed certs checked in)
- Air for live reload while developing
- Simple template layout engine
- Static assets for JavaScripts/CSS to avoid CDN
