Aadhar update app for UIDAI hackthon submission

Running in Development Mode

• Setting up the development environment: https://reactnative.dev/docs/environment-setup.

• change directory to aadhar app using `cd aadharApp``

• Install dependencies: yarn install (or npm install).

• Starting the metero server run: yarn start

• Connect your phone with USB debugging turned on

• Run on Android: yarn android
