Thanks for the PR! Why would you need to do that? I don't have this in my PATH and everything works fine

I bought a new macbook monday and I have to setup everything again.
The script has installed brew successfully but from line 14 to the end of file, all instructions failed because the PATH was not updated automatically and "brew" was unavailable.
