I wonder if I can get the active research subcategories to sort in a case-insensitive manner, so that AI doesn't sort before the new category "Access..." |

Further iteration welcome, but I think this Works For Now™.
I also moved "Democratizing Open Knowledge" in research from "Upcoming" to "Access to Knowledge" as a category. Sort of an arbitrary label, but I don't think "Upcoming" is right.
