Repository files navigation

This is hopefully a temporary overlay for porting ppc64le patches to the
tree and upstream.  It shouldn't be used as a substitute for getting stuff
directly into the tree or upstream, only as a temporary testing ground.

Expect that it will be deleted in the future.
