Add a setting to allow selecting events by clicking on their sprite, rather than by clicking within their bounding rectangle. Events are often overlapping, which can make selecting an event by clicking impossible. The new setting makes this easier, with the trade-off that selecting a small sprite could be more difficult. The new behavior is the default state for the setting.
