An update (based on https://github.com/cpfair/tapiriik) enabling synchronization towards the new version of Garmin Connect.
Changed login to use https:// instead of http://
Fix garmin login
Fixing authorisation issues. Changed file upload procedure.

Commenting out Withings user is public
Added sync to muscle_mass, hydration and bone_mass when available
