Getting debug logs

Go to Settings > Devices & Services > Unifi Access
Click on "Enable Debug Logging"

Unlock the door either through the UA web/mobile app or the integration. Ring/answer the doorbell/intercom. Do this several times. We need to see what websocket messages your hub is sending when your door locks/unlocks and when your doorbell rings.
Click on "Disable debug Logging"

Create an issue and share the downloaded log file.
