CLI commands leave a bit to be desired in terms of command structure and usefulness.
They mostly serve as shortcuts to different components of the app.
More arguments, options and sub-commands should be implemented, otherwise it's not useful as a CLI app.

As a start, let's at least plan and decide on concrete command structure that we can extend later without re-working.
