Added two major results.

  1. The three qubit code corrects for bit flip and phase flips separately.
  2. The nine qubit code (Shor's code) corrects for both bit flips and phase flips (for a specified amount of affected qubits), and really any unitary transformation on a single qubit.

Some nice new examples of error correcting codes. Looks good to me.
