KiwiFlow is an interactive pipeline with graphical user interface to perform proteomics mass spectrometry data analysis. It implements UniDec's (https://github.com/michaelmarty/UniDec) bayesian mass spectra deconvolution method and provides downstream analyses for protein binding studies.
KiwiFlow is supposed to be used for research and academic purposes only.

- Run the installer to set KiwiFlow up.
Note
You may see a security warning from Windows Defender SmartScreen. This is a standard notification that appears because the installer is new and does not yet have a widely recognized digital signature.
- Launching the installer, a blue window titled "Windows protected your PC" may appear.
- On this window, click the small text link that says "More info."
- The window will expand to show more details. You will see that the "Publisher" is listed as "Unknown publisher."
- Below this information, a new button will appear. Click the "Run anyway" button to start the installation.
- Operating System: Windows 10/11.
- Browser: KiwiFlow is running in the default browser.
- Administrative Privileges: Required for setup and updates. A UAC prompt will appear.
- Internet Connection: Required to download Miniconda, updates, and packages.
