Description:

Refactored AskCookbook component to use NEXT_PUBLIC_COOKBOOK_API_KEY from environment variables instead of hardcoding the key.
Improves configuration flexibility and follows best practices for managing API keys, even if they are public.


          Update AskCookbook.tsx
