Maybe should just call this examples/node
instead of framework-node

Summary
Create a PoC vanilla Node.js handler which works with
createServer
. The handler is not meant to be used in prod, but will help with zero-dependency quick starts for the sake of learning and running https://github.com/inngest/agent-kit without an external server package.Checklist
