Add Augment, GamersGate, Gamesplanet, WeMod and update two entries

Adds account deletion instructions for:

• Augment
• GamersGate
• Gamesplanet
• WeMod

and updates some infos on:

• LG Account (mainly updating the URL to an existent one and precising that the URL may not be correct depending on the region of the user)
• Voicemod (really just adding that there may be further email confirmation needed if there's an active license)

Feel free to let me know if I missed something or didn't do this properly.
