1.0.0rc1 - Growing Up

Now with the support of multiple slicers and the plugin's age I've decided to change the name to Slicer Thumbnails and bump the version to 1.0.0. Following changes and bugfixes are included.

• fix typo with state panel thumbnail
• add print button to thumbnail popup
• add file list height options
• add size options for state panel thumbnail
• added position inline thumbnail to left of text option
• disable modal popup in TouchUI
• resolve issues with overwriting selected file with new upload, #43
• update regular expression to recognize Cura 4.9 post processing script format, thanks to @ssendev.
• added MKS TFT/Lotmaxx support, special thanks to @daniel-kukiela, find out more information on his Lotmaxx Snaphshot plugin for Cura on its GitHub repository. This also enables the support of the same embedded format that's generated by the MKS-Wifi plugin for Cura for users that have those devices.
• fix bug related to moving folders containing files

📓 In order to support above MKS/Lotmaxx format a new dependency on Pillow was added.
