Mel's Drum
_____________________

The RPC-4000 was built circa 1960. The CPU was built out of valves & transistors, and used a 32 bit word.
RAM and registers was stored on magnetic drum that rotated constantly. This computer is the machine referred
to in the "Story of Mel", a 1980s recollection of one of the pioneer "Real Programmers", Mel Kaye.
