Initial support for Livestream Studio6

Closes #23 (but it's still WiP).

I'm working on this, thanks to https://github.com/bitfocus/companion-module-vimeo-livestreamstudio6/blob/main/src/index.js by @ChgoChad, but I don't understand how the device reports addresses names, so I need log file (obtained running TallyArbiter from this branch and adding the Livestream Studio6 source or using the Companion module https://github.com/bitfocus/companion-module-vimeo-livestreamstudio6/ and uploading the log file here) from someone who owns a "Livestream Studio6".

@JTF4 I think we can help @MatteoGheza with this - we have ls6 on that engineering computer and our vimeo pro account should allow us to use it

NPM failed to install the packages on this branch, probably because they are old, so I cloned master, and brought LivestreamStudio6.ts over to master. Here's a setup of "Test Source" using LiveStream Studio 6:

At first it didn't work, but then I followed the configuration instructions mentioned on Companion's module. I updated the settings in Livestream Studio 6, and I think it works:

I doubt what you're looking for is here. Maybe we need to add more logging?

I'm not really up to date on what's happening here, I just thought I'd share that you can git checkout device_livestreamstudio6 in order to get this branch. Then, you don't have to copy any files and you get get updates once they are pushed here by using git pull 👍
