* Make it easier to review changes

* Switch launcher to selenium-webdriver

* Switches `wd` to `selenium-webdriver`
* Removes hearbeat in favor of automatic `selenium-webdriver` timeout
* Converts everything to TypeScript
* Simplifies config parsing

* Pass proxy to Saucelabs API
