Fit kinetics with arbitrary mathematical model
We add functionality to fit a kinetics curve using an arbitrary mathematical model, with the help of the SymPy library.
New fitting tools
This release contains extended kinetics curve fitting tools, allowing to fit first-order exponential, second-order exponential, or linear data.
It is also possible to ask the software to fit "just an exponential" and let it choose which of first- or second-order is the best fit (based on a statistical test).
Alpha release version 0.2.1
This version contains a configuration tool to set sensible default parameters.
Compared to version 0.2.0 we correct bugs on configuration management and move the user's configuration file to the home directory.
Alpha release version 0.2.0
This version contains a configure
command to set sensible default parameters for the software.
Alpha release 2 (several bugs fixed)
This is an alpha release, consider this a minimum viable product.
The functions are accessible through a command line interface which allows you to plot an absorbance spectrum or a absorbance kinetics curve, with fitting of an exponential function on the data.
Compared to the previous release we fix several bugs happening during installation from PyPI.
