One test in the test-262 package is still failing, but everything else works. Not sure what to do about it yet.
I had to remove the classHeader() helper method and put its contents back into the two places it was called from (prefix("class") and blockstmt("class") ) because they were diverging in behavior, due to the need for TDZs to work differently in each case. So the code got a little less clean. Oh well.
