Introduce `allow disconnected` option to the `CytoscapeViewer` #111

PR Implements:

gridspeclayout for the InteractiveViewer widget
allow disconnected checkbox for CytoscapeViewer
- note: disabled on the InteractiveViewer (see Improve InteractiveViewer behavior #110)
