Beta version v0.9.5

New features:

1. Introducing slow down factor: defines time slots during which the polling process of controllers (not applicable for sensors) will be slowed down by applying a multiplier coefficient to the refresh period (see documentation for further details). May be useful for better managing the 2,000 requests per day and per device limitation imposed by the Netro API.
2. Improving and completing display of extra attributes: now displaying refresh interval and slowdown factor if relevant
3. Improving logging info
