More "page info" fields; refetchQueries

Todo List

• a5f846f -- Add startCursor and totalCount fields to complete "page info" struct per the Relay spec.
• 710cb19 -- Fix hasNextPage. Before we were simply comparing the number of edges to the requested page size. Now we actually check the database.
• "Delete All" button will re-render the list thanks to refetchQueries
• Creating a Todo should re-render the list with refetchQueries. See UI: Re-render list when Todo is created #5.
• Deleting an individual Todo should optimistically remove the item. See UI: Re-render list when Todo is deleted #13.
