Changelog:
- new CEC driver from @gdachs: libCEC, fully configurable in Kodi settings menu! To configure CEC, go to System -> Settings -> System -> Input Devices -> Peripherals -> CEC adapter
- applied workaround for all XML settings files to minimize risk of lost settings after reboot
- added 2 upstream Kodi PRs to minimize video stuttering
