We have an examples directory but we aren't testing it to see if it still works. We should add a new CI test that runs every example using the lagon-dev script, fetches the local dev server that has been started, and verifies the response.

It has been a while since I looked at test runners. For this project, something more simpler like just plain Playwright would be OK. Then maybe a bit more fleshed out examples would help.
