Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have years worth of Things tasks, but only a few months of Obsidian daily notes. I don't want to create old daily notes just to put Things tasks in.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like a Setting checkbox that says something like "append only?". When checked, if a Daily Note doesn't already exist for a given day, then nothing happens. If a daily note does already exist, then we append our Logbook to it.

A date filter could be an alternative solution: "only import Logbook items from: "

Describe alternatives you've considered
Running the script and then deleting hundreds of notes. I have Obsidian Sync turned on and I'm worried it'll overwhelm it
