Migrate to core24

On core-24 gnome extension uses the mesa-2404. So finally yaml describes the building of the application, not the environment.

Tested on VM's:

• Ubuntu 16.04
• Ubuntu 20.04
• Ubuntu 24.04

Looks greatly simplified, which is awesome.

Have you tried m/any cores with it? dolphin-libretro and swanstation are typically finicky.

Oops, the shared memory plug accidentally went under the knife. I'll fix it, thanks.

There is one more nuance: if you build the snaps via lxd, then after switching to core24 you will need to update the build system. On my Ubuntu 20.04, when trying to build something with core24, I get the error when run the container.:

Job for systemd-resolved.service failed because the control process exited with error code.

As I understand it, this is due to incompatibility between the host and the container systems. On Ubuntu 24.04 the build is successful.
