Network Configuration and Deployment:

• Added hoodi network configuration to the .env.hoodi.example file.
• Created a new GitHub Actions workflow for deploying to the local testnet for hoodi.
• Updated networks.json to include contract addresses and start blocks for the hoodi network.

Repository and Package Management:

• Updated package.json to include build and deployment scripts for the hoodi network. [1] [2]

• Added hoodi network addresses to various constants in src/constants.ts. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10]

Ownership:

• Assigned the @lidofinance/lido-si team as code owners for the repository.
