Description

Due to the changes of the API spec in Artemis, the Scorpio Plugin no longer works as intended

Steps for Testing

Open an exercise in Scorpio
See if it works (no 404 errors)

Review Progress

Locally tested with Test Server 9 and User 16. (As the Artemis live version does not have the new Endpoints yet afaik)
