ElevenClock 4.0.0 beta 1

This is the first beta for ElevenClock version 4.0.0

It has the following features/fixes:

• The ability to individually customize clocks:
  • Includes a custom new settings window for each clock
  • Has a new settings mechanism
  • Has the ability to clone clocks
• A new dialog to pick lancuage on startup
• A fix for the issues with the alt-tab clock action
• other improvements

This build is provided only for testing, and should not be daily-driven
