This PR fixes the translations for
skipStartupTypeset, which needed to be negated when transferred tostartup.typeset, and fixesTeX.equationNumbers.autoNumberto lower-case its value (so"AMS"goes to"ams").This is handled by adding a transformation function to the
transfer()method that can be used to adjust the value being transferred (as suggested in #16).Resolves issue #16 and mathjax/MathJax#2196.
