Required for setup:

* add api keys and secrets to oauth.yml
* add database info to database.yml
* update initializers
* update app/models/twilio_api.rb with your Twilio credentials (for SMS)
* update app/mailers/mailer.rb with your email addresses

I hosted bud.ge on heroku.  Heroku addons that I used in case you feel like doing the same:

Airbrake, Heroku Scheduler, Hostname SSL, New Relic, PG Backups, Sendgrid, StillAlive, Zerigo DNS
